Through a grant awarded by the State Treasury Office, qualified new hires who accept employment with SMH Consultants and relocate to Ford County, Kansas, may be eligible for a $5,000 Relocation Assistance Award

This program is designed to support professionals who are making the move to Ford County and joining our growing Dodge City team. Eligibility requirements include:

• Acceptance of employment with SMH Consultants in Dodge City, KS

• Relocation to a new residence within Ford County

• Submission of a completed application (see application below)

• Employer verification form confirming employment with SMH Consultants

• Proof of gross household income of $55,000

• Completed W-9 form
